Our aggressive growth strategy calls for additional experienced mortgage originators to be recruited in 2008 for our retail and wholesale branches. Retail Relationship Manager Job Description

• Job Summary:  the Retail Relationship Manager is the main channel through which the products and services of First Horizon Home Loans are delivered. The position is responsible for the ongoing promotion and sale of financial products and services. This position reports to the Branch Manager and is a full-time, incentive-only position.
• Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Originates mortgage loans
• Performs and documents complete interviews with applicants
• Obtains and provides all required documentation as applicable to the sales process
• Promotes First Horizon through involvement in community activities and organizations
• Establishes and/or maintains customer database files

• Job Requirements:  knowledge, skills, abilities and personal characteristics as follows:

• Proven sales track record
• Proficient understanding of mortgage banking concepts
• Excellent verbal communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to make presentations
• Presents a positive image for First Horizon
• Proficient use of a personal computer to retrieve and send e-mail, draft documents, and complete spreadsheets as necessary
• Ability to provide high level of customer service
