First Horizon now offers American Express Gift Cards. These prepaid cards* are available in preloaded amounts of $25, $50, $100, $200 and $500. The cards can be used at retail outlets (department stores, gift shops, restaurants**) that accept American Express and the funds never expire.^†

Get your gift card at the First Horizon Financial Center nearest you. You can activate your card by calling American Express toll-free at (888) 233-8637. In addition, you can access a list of your transactions and available balance online at www.americanexpress.com/giftcard or by calling American Express at (877) AXP-GIFT.

*Gift Card Agreement: Use of this card constitutes acceptance of the following terms and conditions: Card can be used for purchases where American Express is accepted and up to the dollar value remaining on the card. If your purchase exceeds the balance, the transaction will be declined. The customer should ask a merchant to process a split tender and use another form of payment to complete the transaction.

**Restaurants may add a fixed percentage (ie. 20%) to the authorization amount to cover tipping. In this case, the extra funds may be placed on a "hold" until the actual amount clears.

^†The Available Funds on the Gift Card do not expire, but may be reduced by service fees or other fees as described in the cardholder agreement. If Available Funds remain on the Gift Card after the "valid thru" date, the cardholder should use the customer service number listed on the Gift Card to obtain a replacement card or for instructions on how to redeem the Available Funds. A replacement Gift Card will be issued FREE OF CHARGE if the plastic "valid-thru" date expires.
