Activate Banking Online

To activate Banking Online, simply complete and submit the Banking Online Activation form. Customers activating with their First Check^SM debit card have immediate access to their accounts. See also Frequently Asked Questions.

Banking Online Compatibility and Security

For accurate personal or business budgeting, you can download your account information to your choice of Quicken^®, Microsoft Money^® or other financial software applications. And your transactions are always secure, since we use 128-bit key Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption to encode your information. Take the hassle out of paying your bills. Bill Pay Online makes paying your bills fast, easy, and safe. And, you can pay practically any business or individual in the continental United States*.

You tell us who, when, and how much to pay ... we'll handle the rest! And when you follow our guidelines for scheduling payments, we guarantee that your payments will arrive on time or we'll pay the late fee (up to $50). Best of all, Bill Pay Online is FREE for First Horizon customers.

* Alimony, child support, taxes, and other court-directed or government payments are not accessible with Bill Pay Online.

Flexible Payment Options

When it's time to pay bills, you can schedule payments to be sent immediately or on a future date. You can also set up a recurring payment schedule that will send payments automatically for bills that have a fixed amount and frequency, such as mortgage, rent, or a loan.

How Does Monthly Statements Online Work?

Each month, when an account statement is ready, we'll notify you by e-mail. The next time you log in at Banking Online, your monthly account statement will be waiting. It's that easy!

With Monthly Statements Online, you can:

• Decrease your risk of identity theft by keeping your monthly statements out of your mailbox and trash
• Transfer funds between accounts
• Get your monthly statements faster than the post office can deliver them
• Review up to 16 months of account statements online once you have built 16 months' worth of history
• View your monthly statements online, print them, or save them to your computer as an Excel file, a CSV (used in most spreadsheet programs), or a printer-friendly PDF
